Jennifer’s journey in the QSR and retail space began at the age of 15 years old, working behind the counter at a leading chicken fast food restaurant. After college, she landed a job with a retail mobility solutions provider where she propelled her way into managing their largest account, a home improvement retailer, over the span of nine years. So, in Jennifer’s words, it’s clear that she’s been preparing for her role with Sparkly for the last 20 years.
In 2017, she joined the Sparkfly family to lead the company’s Client Services team. And in just her second week on the job, Jennifer took on the most significant project to date, growing that particular customer’s digital sales 100+% YOY.
What does she think separates Sparkfly from its competitors? The people. “I’ve never been a part of an organization that is so customer-centric. Everyone is committed to developing a strategic project architecture that can grow with each business.”
When she’s not busy in the office? While there is no such thing as “free time” with 3 young daughters, Jennifer enjoys organizing the chaos of a busy and beautiful family with her husband, Jonathan.
