Conrad Leao

Conrad Leao serves as the Global Delivery Head at Jobility Talent Solutions since May 2020 and is a Member of the Board of Advisors at SparkFX. Previously, Conrad held the role of COO at xFormEnablers LLC from May 2018 to June 2020 and served as VP at DATA Inc. for nearly two decades, managing the US Professional Services division which encompassed Sales, Marketing, and Contract Recruiting. Early career experience includes a position as Franchising Manager at NIIT Ltd., overseeing a network of educational center franchisees. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Management Development Studies from Cornell University, an MAM in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, and studies at St. Xaviers College.
