Rolf-Dirc Roitzheim

Rolf-Dirc Roitzheim is a seasoned executive and advisor with extensive experience in human resources and corporate development. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Sparrks since January 2023, Rolf-Dirc Roitzheim previously held various senior leadership roles at Deutsche Post und DHL from October 2012 to June 2022, including Executive Vice President for Corporate Executives and Executive Development. Prior to this, Rolf-Dirc Roitzheim worked at Mercedes-Benz AG from March 1990 to September 2012, where responsibilities included Head Executive HR for Passenger Cars and Head Executive Management Development, along with significant involvement in the DaimlerChrysler integration project. Rolf-Dirc Roitzheim holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a Master's degree and PhD in Physics, Mathematics, and Educational Sciences from The University of Bonn.
