Simone Mastroianni

Simone Mastroianni, PhD, is a seasoned coach and leadership trainer specializing in team coaching, executive coaching, and navigating professional and personal changes. Currently serving at MastroCoaching since July 2020, Simone employs Solution-Focused and Awareness-Based models to foster clarity and effectiveness among professionals and teams. In addition, Simone holds roles at INCOACHING® S.r.l., BetterUp, Pack, Speexx, bettercoach, Sparrks, and Workplace Options, providing a variety of coaching services, including experiential workshops and 1:1 business coaching. Prior experience includes leadership at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, where Simone led a team in innovative photovoltaic technology, and postdoctoral research at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Education includes coaching certifications and a PhD in Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
