Betsy Gilfillan

Betsy Gilfillan, CCSM, is an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager currently with Honeywell in Life Sciences since June 2024. Previously, Betsy held roles as a Senior Client Success Manager at Lionize, managing over 40 accounts and contributing significantly to company revenue, and as a Customer Success Manager at SimplyAgree, where an international portfolio of 60+ clients was managed with exemplary retention metrics. Earlier experience includes leading a Customer Success team at Clarus Care, optimizing performance across 300+ hospital systems, and generating insights for sales teams at Bridgestone Americas. Betsy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Michigan State University and an Executive Certification in Professional Writing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
