Judy Fainor

Judy Fainor is currently the Chief Technical Officer at Sparta Systems. Judy has held this position since November of 2012. Her previous position at Sparta Systems was that of Vice President and Chief Architect. Judy Fainor has also worked for IBM in the capacity of Senior Manager, Architecture and Common Component Development. Judy was with IBM from October of 2007 to October of 2012.

Some notable accomplishments during their time with Sparta Systems include setting strategic technology direction and vision, working with the executive leadership team, and leading Sparta's Innovation Program. Judy Fainor has also been responsible for managing Sparta System's patent portfolio as well as open source consumption and contribution.

During their time with IBM, Judy Fainor was the Chair for the Optim Architecture Council which conducted weekly sessions to guide technology choices, architect and design decisions for all Optim solutions and integrated products. Judy Fainor was also responsible for creating standards and development methodology across the organization which was then followed by enablement and governance.

Judy Fainor has a B.S. in Computer Science from Penn State University. Judy also has certification from Good e-Learning in BPMN 2.0 Level 1 & Level 2 Certification.

They are on a team with Pinaki Ray - Chief Product Officer, Lesley Harris - Chief Delivery Officer, and David Medina - VP, Global Marketing. Judy Fainor reports to Oxana Pickeral, President & CEO.
