Tim Perkins, CSC

Tim Perkins is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Spartan Carrier Group, which specializes in supply chain solutions. Tim is one of the founding partners and has been with the company since June 2021. Under their leadership, the company has experienced significant growth, expanding its CDL driver count to 135 and increasing its asset count to over 100 tractors and 200 trailers.

Prior to their role at Spartan Carrier Group, Tim was a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) starting from December 2018.

Before that, Tim held various positions at Diversified Sourcing Solutions. Tim served as the Vice President-Supply Chain Executive Search from January 2017 to May 2021, reporting directly to the CEO. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and business development, as well as implementing training programs and best practices.

Tim also served as the Sr. National Talent Acquisition Manager from January 2015 to December 2016 and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from January 2012 to December 2014 at Diversified Sourcing Solutions. In these roles, they focused on building relationships with clients and candidates and facilitating successful placements.

Tim's work experience also includes being a Mobile Sales Agent at iZigg Mobile Media Marketing from January 2010 to January 2012, where they developed business for mobile/text marketing software. Tim also worked as the Lead Brand Manager at M2W Inc. from June 2008 to January 2010, where they managed a team of brand representatives for promotions related to Metro PC phones and plans.

Tim Perkins, CSC has a Bachelor's degree in Professional Sales, with a focus on Accounting and Marketing, from Kennesaw State University. Tim attended the university from 2005 to 2010. In 2012, Tim Perkins, CSC pursued further education at the University of South Florida, where they obtained a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) degree. This degree allowed him to specialize in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. Additionally, in March 2016, Tim Perkins, CSC obtained a certification as a Certified Search Consultant from the American Staffing Association.
