Rachael Walling

Rachael Walling is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Spartan Logistics since June 2020, where Rachael previously held the role of Executive Assistant. Rachael's career includes experience as an Executive Assistant at a private company from November 2014 to June 2020, and as a Financial Aid Officer at South University from July 2012 to July 2014. Rachael holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from South University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Lorain County Community College.
