Nicole Reynolds-Frasca

Nicole Reynolds-Frasca is an experienced executive assistant with a career spanning over two decades. At Spartan since May 2007, Nicole provides extensive support to the CEO, leveraging a BCom degree in Entrepreneurship to contribute across various organizational areas. Previously, Nicole held the role of executive assistant at Tuffias Sandberg from 2003 to 2007, where responsibilities included managing accounting and audit-related administration for a partner in an audit firm. Earlier, from 1996 to 2001, Nicole worked at Achievement Management Group Services, focusing on communication and executive coaching, as well as producing annual reports for mining companies. Nicole's educational background includes a BCom in Entrepreneurship from Unisa, a Leadership Nexus program from the University of Pretoria, and a Matric certificate from Krugersdorp High School.
