Rick Clements

Rick Clements has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Rick is currently the President of Spartan Technologies, a position they have held since October 2006.

Previously, Rick was the Vice President of Collaborative Consulting, where they were responsible for a $5 million P&L for the $35 million company. Rick's responsibilities included managing 50 consultants, revenue and margin growth, office management, and general business management of the entire branch.

Before that, Rick spent eight years at Oracle Corporation, where they rose to the position of Senior Director. In this role, they were responsible for positioning and delivering Business Intelligence (BI) consulting services. Rick grew the consulting practice from 15 to more than 50 in less than two years and expanded BI service offerings. Rick also developed alignment within Oracle's license sales force and engaged with executive staff of Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola and UPS.

Earlier in their career, Rick was a Software Development Manager at GTE Government Systems and a Senior Practice Manager at Sybase, Inc. Rick also spent three years as a Regional Branch Manager at Digital Systems Consultants.

Rick has a proven track record of success in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Rick is an expert in Business Intelligence and has a deep understanding of the inner workings of large corporations. Rick is a strong leader with a commitment to success.

Rick Clements has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Georgia and an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
