Lori Mills Merck

Lori Mills Merck has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Teacher at Spartanburg School District #6 since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lori taught at Woodruff Elementary School within Spartanburg County School District Four from August 2018 to June 2023, and at Spartanburg District One from June 2015 to August 2018. Lori also held the position of Spanish Professor and Director of Interdisciplinary Studies at Spartanburg Methodist College from August 2008 to June 2015, while concurrently working as an Adjunct Instructor of Spanish at USC Upstate. Earlier in the career, Lori was a Spanish Teacher at Dorman High School from August 1997 to May 2008. Lori holds a Master of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Furman University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Converse.
