Hal Morris

Hal Morris is an experienced civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, earned between 1984 and 1988. Currently serving as Project Engineer III at Spartanburg Water since November 2019, Hal supports the Asset Management Program while managing engineering projects for water and sewer rehabilitation. Prior professional experience includes positions such as Senior Project Manager and Division Manager at Hulsey McCormick & Wallace, Inc., where Hal led teams in environmental and civil engineering projects, as well as former roles in project management across various engineering firms. Hal has a strong background in both project management and engineering design across multiple sectors, including public and private land development, water distribution, and construction projects.
