Tamar Bacalu

Tamar Bacalu is an accomplished professional with experience in operations management and quality assurance within the prop-tech sector. Currently serving as Head of Operations at SparX since January 2022, Tamar oversees U.S. operations and project management, employing agile methodologies to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery. Previously, as a Quality Assurance Field Engineer at SparX, responsibilities included identifying and troubleshooting software bugs to enhance user experience with the company’s AI and augmented reality solutions. Prior experience includes providing IT support at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art and serving as an Administrative Assistant at Commonpoint Queens. Tamar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Cooper Union, completed in 2022.
