Steven Householder

Steven Householder has worked in a variety of roles since 1983. Steven started their career at Windsurfing Hawaii as Production Shop Manager and Product Development. In 1994, they became IT Manager at US Filter Recovery Services. From 1996 to 1997, they worked at Strategic Fundraising as Database Management, Applications Development, and Information System Analyst. Steven then worked as Jazz Bass Player at Jazz Bass from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, they began working at Cargill, where they held roles as Business Process and Functional Architect, Business Process Modeler, Enterprise Architecture, Senior IT Business Analyst, and Senior IT Technical Analyst, Application Architect, Software Engineer. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Medtronic as Business Solutions Architect. Steven's most recent role was Enterprise Business Architect at Sparx Services North America, which they held from 2020 to present.

Steven Householder obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Physiology from the University of Minnesota. In 2017, they completed a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. In 2018, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
