Srinivasa Murthy Vanapalli has a diverse work experience that spans from 2003 to present. In 2003, they began their career as a Junior Manager for Steel Authority of India Limited, where they provided operational guidance for Blast Furnace 6 and developed and implemented operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality. In 2006, they interned with the State of Oregon's Department of Consumer Business Services as a Research Analyst 3. That same year, they worked as a Business Analyst for Ram Steelco Inc, where they participated in reduction of overhead projects and prepared an extensive capital budgeting analysis and five-year budget forecast. In 2007, they worked as a Merchandise Business Planning Analyst and Consultant for Movie Gallery, applying statistical modeling techniques and quantitative skills to develop predictive, pricing and financial models in support of critical business goals. In 2010, they joined Grainger as a Sr. Manager, Strategic Analytics, partnering with senior leaders on strategic initiatives to design complex transformational programs that drove significant productivity and financial growth. Srinivasa Murthy also served as a Manager, Pricing Analytics, partnering with GIS Brand organization in creating and enhancing existing discount architecture for $8B in sales. In 2014, they joined SPARXiQ as VP, Business Solutions & Strategic Partnerships, providing strategic direction to enhance client digital experiences, improve operational efficiencies and provide robust security for business and client facing systems and applications.
Srinivasa Murthy Vanapalli received their MBA from Willamette University in 2007, with a focus in Finance and Quantitative Analysis. Srinivasa Murthy also earned their B.Tech from the National Institute of Technology Warangal in 2003, where they studied Metallurgical Engineering.
