Marlo Graceffa

Marlo Graceffa has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and organizational development. They started their career at Liquid Container, where they served as HR Manager. They then moved on to PA Staffing as Branch Manager, responsible for recruiting and maintaining client relationships. After that, Marlo worked at SITE Staffing, Inc. as a Recruiter, significantly increasing weekly placements. They then joined The Home Depot as District HR of Associate Development, contributing to the company's growth and success. Marlo continued their HR career at OfficeMax, first as a Field Human Resource Generalist and later as a Field Human Resource Manager-Wisconsin, Michigan, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois. At Ovation Communities, Marlo held various roles, including Director of HR and Organizational Development and Director of Human Resources and Executive Director. Presently, Marlo is Vice President of Human Resources at Spaulding Clinical Research, LLC.

Marlo Graceffa earned a High School Diploma in General Studies from St Catherine High School. Following this, Marlo attended the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
