Greg Casagrande is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in microfinance, education, and technology. As the Founder and Chairman of SPBD Microfinance Network, Greg has played a pivotal role in providing over US$225M in unsecured micro-loans to empower women-owned micro-enterprises in the South Pacific. Additionally, as the Founder and Managing Director of the MicroDreams Foundation, Greg focuses on financing impactful micro-enterprise development organizations in the South Pacific and Latin America. Other notable roles include Chairman of English-to-go, Director of Cumulo9 Limited, and Executive Chairman of WaterHealth International, which provides drinking water solutions to millions in developing countries. Greg's leadership has been recognized in various capacities, including as a member of the Board of Trustees at The Wardlaw-Hartridge School and in academia as a lecturer at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Greg holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University, an MS in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Colgate University.
