Romnique Caballero is a seasoned professional in the fields of cyber security and finance, currently serving on the core team at Spearbit Labs, a leading organization focused on the web 3 industry, since July 2023. Previously, Romnique contributed to NEAR Protocol since October 2021 and held the position of Head of Web 3 at Showcode - SkillAppraiser from October 2021 to May 2023. A background in finance includes roles such as Debt & Equity Manager at Swoop, Senior Client Relationship Manager, and Trade Finance & FX Consultant at Ebury, as well as a Business Developer position at GetAgent.co.uk, where significant growth in monthly recurring revenue was achieved. Romnique began a career in finance as a Junior Finance Intern at State Bank of India in 2010.
