Mike Reilly Sphr

Mike Reilly, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Mike is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Speare Memorial Hospital. Prior to this, they held the same role at Ammonoosuc Community Health Services and Sullivan Tire And Auto Service. Mike has also worked at Merchants Fleet Management, where they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer from 2012 to 2018, and as the Director of Human Resources from 2000 to 2011. In these roles, they were responsible for various HR functions including policy establishment, training, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and workplace safety. Additionally, they administered the corporate insurance program.

Mike Reilly, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor's degree (BA) in Economics from Boston College. Mike also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University.
