Jody Slayton

Jody Slayton has been serving as the Vice President of Purchasing at SPEC Building Materials since August 2007, focusing on developing strategic buying initiatives to enhance sales and market positioning. Prior to this role, Jody held various positions at The Home Depot, including Branch Manager and Store Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the management of store operations and financial aspects. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Fabricator/Installer at Tommy Branaugh Custom Millwork and Brass & Stainless Designs, specializing in carpentry for commercial venues. Jody's military background includes serving as a Combat Engineer in the US Army from 1996 to 2000. Jody has pursued education at Texas A&M University and other institutions.
