Jude Tallman

Jude Tallman is the CEO and founder of Spec on the Job, a company that provides skilled employees for construction sites. Jude has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Jude got their start in construction when they were just 18 years old, working as a laborer for a small custom home building company. Jude soon moved up to Operations, where they handled the internal operations of the company and maintained relationships with contractors.

In 1993, Jude left the custom home building company to join CTI Industries, where they generated new business leads for a mechanical engineering business serving refineries, power plants, petro chemical and ship maintenance companies. Jude oversaw workers to ensure that projects remained on schedule and complied to nuclear power plant guidelines.

After four years at CTI Industries, Jude decided to start their own company, Spec on the Job. Since its founding in 1997, Spec on the Job has become the leading provider of skilled employees for construction sites. Jude continues to lead the company with their vast knowledge of the construction industry and their dedication to providing quality services.

Jude Tallman's educational career consists of studying business administration and management at Providence College and Fairfield Prep.
