Kortney Brooks

Kortney Brooks is an experienced professional in sport and recreation management, currently serving as the Baltimore Region Coordinator for Special Olympics Maryland since January 2016. Prior work includes roles at Naval Support Activity Washington as a Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Intern, and at the Philadelphia Union as a 50/50 Raffle Seller and Event Operations/Front Office Intern. Kortney has also interned at the United States Coast Guard Training Center and served as a student manager for the Women's Basketball Team at Temple University. Additional volunteer experience includes contributions to the Athletics Department at Norfolk State University and the Virginia Beach Sportsplex. Kortney holds a B.S. in Sport & Recreation Management with an Event Leadership concentration and a Business minor from Temple University, graduating in 2015.
