Olivia Mears

Olivia Mears is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as an Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant at Ascension since June 2023. With a solid background in physical therapy and patient care, Olivia has volunteered as medical staff for Special Olympics Michigan since April 2018, providing support for athletes with special needs. Previous roles include Certified Nursing Assistant at Provision Living Senior Communities, Physical Therapy Aide at EuroPeds, and Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, where Olivia focused on child passenger safety. Additionally, Olivia's commitment to education is reflected in tutoring elementary students and managing social media for Bound Together. Olivia holds a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Wayne State University, a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Michigan, and a high school diploma from Notre Dame Preparatory.
