Laila Marie Rabah

Laila Marie Rabah is an experienced professional in grants management and program development, currently serving as Senior Manager for Grants in Health Programs at Special Olympics since August 2020. In this role, Laila oversees the entire lifecycle of Health Program subgrants and provides user training for the SmartSimple grants management system. Prior to this, Laila held positions at the Global Fund for Children as a Development Officer and at America Works as a Corporate Representative and Case Manager, where responsibilities included advocating for clients and managing substantial caseloads. Laila has also contributed to child protection and education programs at Save the Children International and has held consultancy roles with the International Rescue Committee. Early career experience includes positions at Rädda Barnen/Save the Children Sweden and HMS School for Children with Cerebral Palsy. Laila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Social Relations from Earlham College.
