Marlen Pena

Marlen Pena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in home care services, currently serving as the CDPAP/Intake Manager at Special Touch Home Care Services, Inc. since August 2005. In this role, Marlen collaborates with internal departments and management to align client priorities, develop business and staffing plans, and foster a culture of engagement and excellence within the team. Marlen oversees Consumer Relations and Intake associates to ensure that services are delivered respectfully and in compliance with regulations. Prior to this, Marlen worked as a Quality Assurance Clerk, a Student Teacher at Brooklyn College, and a College Assistant at Boricua College. Marlen holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Brooklyn College, and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Boricua College.
