Sara L.

Sara L. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of security services and network engineering. Sara started their career in 2005 as a Network Security Engineer at JetPay, LLC where they managed and maintained network equipment across various environments. Sara ensured robust and fault-tolerant communications between production sites, disaster recovery sites, and external environments. Sara then joined NCR Corporation, Payments Processing in 2019 as a Senior Operations Engineer and Manager of Tier 1 Service Delivery. In this role, they performed incident management, coordinated 24/7 monitoring and response of the production environment, and provided technical support for network, systems, and applications. In 2020, Sara moved to Specialized Security Services, Inc. and served as the Director of Service Delivery, responsible for overseeing service delivery operations. Sara later became the Vice President of Service Delivery, leading the service delivery team. Currently, Sara holds the position of Vice President of the Digital Business Group at Specialized Security Services, Inc.

Sara L. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas. Sara pursued their education in this field from 2000 to 2004.
