Melanie Elias is an experienced professional with a strong background in claims management and leadership. Currently serving as Relationship Manager and Subrogation Team Leader at Specialty Adjusting International since October 2019, Melanie previously held significant roles at Burns & Wilcox as Director of Claims and at Kaufman Financial Group, Burns & Wilcox, Ltd, and Minuteman Adjusters, Inc. as Corporate Associate Vice-President and Director of Claims. Additionally, Melanie served as Vice-President Branch Manager at Meadowbrook Insurance Group, overseeing two claims branches in Michigan.
