Erik Higgins

Erik Higgins, SHRM-CP is an experienced HRIS professional with a career spanning over a decade in human resources and information systems management. Currently serving as HRIS Lead at Specialty Building Products since January 2022 and as Senior Human Resources Analyst at Reeb Millwork since September 2021, Erik has previously held significant roles including HRIS Analyst at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network and HRIS Manager at Coordinated Health, where responsibilities included ensuring system efficiency, data integrity, and supporting payroll functions. Erik began the career as a Human Resources Assistant, where foundational HR skills were developed. Erik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
