Anton Johnson

Anton Johnson is a seasoned Clinical Perfusionist with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Staff Perfusionist at Specialty Care since February 2017, Anton has previously held significant roles including Clinical Site Manager at Trident Health Resources, where instruction was provided to perfusion students from Barry University. Prior to that, Anton was the Chief Perfusionist at JFK Medical Center, overseeing a 500-case per year program. Early career positions include work as a Certified Clinical Perfusionist at Terumo S1 Heart Lung Consoles and as a Staff Perfusionist at both the Medical Center of Central Georgia and New Hanover Regional Medical Center, where adult cardiac procedures were a focus. Anton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Extracorporeal Circulation Technology from the Medical University of South Carolina and an Associate of Science degree in Cardiopulmonary Technology from Santa Fe Community College.
