Aaliyah de la Torre

Aaliyah De La Torre is an experienced professional in the field of event management and catering sales, currently serving as the Director of Catering Sales at Specialty Restaurants since February 2023. Previously, Aaliyah held the position of Director of Special Events at Otium from September 2021 to February 2023, overseeing all special events, including intimate dinners and full restaurant buyouts, as well as managing filming and appearances for Chef Timothy Hollingsworth. Aaliyah also worked as the Special Event Manager for the California regions at True Food Kitchen from April 2019 to September 2021, where Aaliyah coordinated a variety of events. Aaliyah's earlier experience includes roles at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, where Aaliyah served as Private Dining Director, focusing on creating exceptional dining experiences for guests, in addition to other managerial roles.
