Ann Thompson

Ann Thompson has extensive experience in customer service and sales operations, currently serving as the Sales Operations Specialist Lead at Specialty Tile Products since July 2015. Previous roles at Specialty Tile Products include Strategic Account Coordinator and Lead Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Ann worked at Filter Services Inc from October 2006 to July 2015 as a Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher/Payroll Processor, where responsibilities included processing daily invoices and compiling service orders for technicians. Ann’s career began at AvanTile, Inc., where from August 1985 to September 2006, responsibilities included maintaining accounts for EXPO Design Centers and processing orders through various systems. Ann graduated from Curie High School in 1978 with a degree in General Studies.
