Rachel Thompson

Rachel Thompson, DVM, DECZM (ZHM), has extensive experience in veterinary medicine and education. As a Senior Product Owner for ZIMS for Medical at Species360 since January 2008, Rachel has developed expertise in medical data management for animal care. In addition to this role, Rachel serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Minnesota since December 2017, contributing to veterinary education. Previously, Rachel was an Associate Veterinarian at the Minnesota Zoo from January 2008 to May 2019 and worked as an Associate Veterinarian at Six Flags from August 2005 to January 2008. Rachel earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota, following an undergraduate degree from Missouri State University.
