Scott Moulthrop

Scott Moulthrop is an experienced information solutions manager with a robust background in project management, business analysis, and software development lifecycle activities. Currently serving as Manager of Information Solutions at SpecPro Technical Services since September 2012, Scott facilitates the upgrade of enterprise security frameworks and manages 17 hosted legacy applications. Previous roles include similar managerial positions at Vista Technical Services and as Lead Systems Analyst at SpecPro Technical Services, where responsibilities encompassed staffing decisions and customer relations. Earlier experience includes Oracle Applications Developer at Diligent, Inc. and Senior Programmer Analyst at DTSI, where Scott specialized in designing and developing Oracle-based solutions.
