Ali Rees

Ali Rees has extensive experience in the field of human resources. They began their career in 2003 as a Membership Advisor at NASUWT. In 2007, they worked as an HR Administrator at HM Prison Service. From 2008 to 2016, they held various roles at Covéa Insurance, including Senior HR Advisor and HR Business Partner. In 2016, they joined Muddy Boots Software as an HR Business Partner. In 2017, they moved to Superdry, where they held positions as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, and ultimately as the Head of People for Global Retail & International Operations. Their most recent position was as the Head of HR - Commercial at Specsavers, starting in 2023.
