Paul Smith has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the design and creative field. Paul started their career as a Designer at Fly Design Consultants from 1995 to 1999 before moving on to E-xentric where they held a Designer position from 1999 to 2006. In 2006, they became a Director at Betley Whitehorne, working with a team to service local clients in the financial services sector. In 2010, Paul founded the 10 Peaks event and served as the Race Director until 2016. Paul then joined jobs.gg as a Director in 2012, where they helped create a high-quality recruitment site. Paul's experience also includes working as the Nordic Creative Head at Specsavers from 2012 to 2019, where they managed design and advertising for Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Brand Design at Specsavers, overseeing the global visual identity and training the designers across nine offices.
Paul Smith completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a HND in Graphic Design and Communication from the University of Gloucestershire from 1991 to 1993.
