Arthur Montazeri

Arthur Montazeri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in optics, sensor engineering, and nanotechnology. As a co-founder of Spectacular Labs since February 2020, Arthur has been instrumental in advancing innovative technologies. Since September 2015, Arthur has served as an Affiliate Scientist at Berkeley Lab, focusing on the design and prototyping of advanced nano-imaging and spectroscopy systems. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at UC Berkeley, where development of material-based nano-devices for optical imaging and bio-sensing took place, as well as work as a Research Associate and PhD Candidate at the University of Toronto, leading projects on high-frequency energy systems and novel nano-catalyst materials. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and postdoctoral fellowships at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the University of California, Berkeley.
