Andrew Bengston has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Andrew began their career in 2006 at McDonald Automotive Group, where they served as a Lead Service Consultant. In this role, Andrew supervised a team of consultants and technicians, maintained communication between various departments, and collaborated with management at all levels.

After seven years, Andrew joined IBM in 2013 as a Customer Engineer. Here, they evaluated client requirements, developed project outlines, and provided technical support to manage client accounts effectively. In 2016, Andrew transitioned to Spectra Logic, assuming the position of Technical Escalation Manager/Support Engineering Team Lead. Andrew served as the primary escalation manager for an emerging product line and was responsible for managing high-impact technical issues.

In 2019, Andrew was promoted to the role of Support Engineering Manager at Spectra Logic. In this position, they coached a team of nine engineers, served as a liaison between development engineering and support delivery operations, and empowered the team to achieve their goals through performance discussions and advanced education encouragement.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Andrew Bengston earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Colorado State University, graduating between the years 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended the University of Colorado at Denver from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued studies in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, Andrew obtained several certifications in finance-related subjects, including certificates for Corporate Funding Alternatives and Financing Strategies, Option Pricing and Applications in Capital Budgeting and Corporate Finance, Fundamentals of Financial Mathematics and Capital Budgeting, Cost of Capital, and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Other Valuation Methodologies. These certifications were obtained from edX in the months of November and December 2022.
