Jim Shepard

Jim Shepard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate leadership and board governance. Currently, Jim serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Arduro Sustainable Rubber, a company focused on environmentally friendly waste tire disposal, and SPECTRAL PLATFORMS INC., which has developed rapid diagnostic tools for infectious diseases. Previously, Jim was the Founder and Managing Partner of GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm dedicated to enhancing industrial B2B companies. Jim's 28-year tenure at General Electric included high-level management roles, culminating in the position of President and CEO of GE Infrastructure Sensing. Jim holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Princeton University.
