Ryan Wallach

Ryan Wallach has a strong background in software engineering and management. Ryan is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at Spectralink Corporation since December 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Staff Software Engineer at the same company from June 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining Spectralink Corporation, Ryan worked at LGS Innovations as a Principal Software Engineer from January 2015 to June 2018. In this role, they led agile teams in developing cellular base station software and related applications for government customers and commercial partners. Ryan was responsible for designing and implementing new system features, conducting field tests, and debugging problems found during field trials and customer use.

Prior to LGS Innovations, Ryan worked at Avaya from October 2000 to January 2015 as a Consulting Engineer. In this role, they led the Avaya Aura Session Manager Call Processing Software development team. Ryan developed software architecture and call routing software in Java, maintained automated tests, and worked in a SIP container environment.

Ryan's earlier experience includes working at Lucent Technologies as a Member of Technical Staff from September 1998 to October 2000, at Goldman Sachs as an Associate from June 1997 to August 1998, at Summit Systems as a Senior Developer from January 1996 to June 1997, and at AT&T Bell Laboratories as a Member of Technical Staff from June 1990 to January 1996. Ryan contributed to various software development projects, including bond pricing algorithms implementation, software modeling tools development, and designing features for AT&T's Merlin Legend Communications System.

Ryan Wallach has a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Summa Cum Laude degree in Physics, which they obtained from Amherst College in the period from 1985 to 1989. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from New York University, studying from 1990 to 1992.
