Nick Popper

Nick Popper has had an extensive work experience in the legal field. Nick is currently working as the VP and General Counsel at Stemilt Growers since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Counsel - Americas at Spectris Inc. and Spectris plc starting from May 2011. From July 2010 to April 2011, they worked as a Senior Counsel at Savi Technology. Before that, they served as a Senior Transactional Attorney - Software and Professional Services in private practice from May 2009 to July 2010. Nick also worked as an Associate Group Counsel - Global Commercial and Managed Services at BearingPoint Inc. from February 2007 to May 2009. Nick started their career as a Consultant - Software and IP Licensing from May 2004 to December 2006. Their earliest experience was as a Senior Legal Counsel at VCX Software Limited from January 1999 to April 2004.

Nick Popper obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from American University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Later, they pursued a Juris Doctorate degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1994.
