Svetlana Karandashova

Svetlana Karandashova has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Svetlana is currently working at Spectrm as a QA Engineer, where they collaborate with various teams to identify and prioritize bugs, define acceptance criteria, and develop test plans. Svetlana also implements BDD and identifies risks while reporting status to the team. Svetlana is proactive in refining tests and promoting best practices. Prior to Spectrm, they worked at Auriga as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and at Kinopoisk as a Software Test Engineer. Svetlana has also worked as a QA Tester at Practicum by Yandex. Additionally, Svetlana has experience as a Political Analyst at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation and as a Researcher at the National Research University—Higher School of Economics, where they contributed to published scientific articles.

Svetlana Karandashova holds a Master's Degree in Political Science, which they obtained from the Higher School of Economics from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they also attended the Higher School of Economics from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.
