Nicole Zellers has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Nicole has worked at Spectrotel since 2023 as a Premier Account Manager, responsible for customer communication, conflict resolution, and compliance. Nicole joined Windstream Enterprise in 2006 and held multiple roles, including Manager of Service Assurance, Team Lead/Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. In these roles, they oversaw teams, handled escalations, and ensured quality assurance. Prior to that, Nicole worked at XO Communications as a Service Delivery Project Manager from 2008 to 2010, managing enterprise accounts and serving as the main point of contact for customers and vendors. At XO Communications, they also worked as a DSL Technical Support representative from 2000 to 2002, assisting customers with technical and billing inquiries.
Nicole Zellers obtained their Associate's degree in Network Operations and Computer Programming from Pace Institute between 2001 and 2004. Nicole later pursued a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification in 2010 from Eckes & Associates.
