Casey Sims is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the pet care industry, currently serving as Division Vice President of Marketing & Innovation at Spectrum Brands, Inc. Since April 2015, Casey has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director of Marketing & Innovation for International Pet Care, where responsibilities included leading global marketing initiatives for the pet treats category. Prior experience includes a tenure at Energizer, focusing on brand and portfolio management, consumer insights, and strategic ventures. Earlier career stages featured roles at Paradowski Creative and Fleishman-Hillard, alongside academic support functions at the University of Central Missouri.
