TC Lau has extensive experience in quality management and logistics, currently serving as the Director of Logistics at Spectrum Brands, Inc. since 2021. Previously, TC held significant roles at CommScope and ARRIS as Director of Quality, leading quality operations for telecommunications products and overseeing a $7 billion quality operation, respectively. TC's career began at Motorola, advancing from roles such as Advanced Manufacturing Technology Engineer to various Senior Quality Manager positions, successfully managing supply chain quality for multiple product lines. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, TC Lau combines technical expertise with a strong background in quality assurance and operational leadership across the telecommunications and semiconductor industries.
