Younus Shah

Younus Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Quality at Spectrum Brands since February 2010, following various leadership roles in quality and continuous improvement. Prior to this, Younus worked as a Lean Practitioner at Leading Edge Consulting & Daley Group, where implementation of lean practices and standard work instructions were key responsibilities. Previous experience includes a decade at Chrysler in various engineering roles, focusing on vehicle design and manufacturing support, as well as a position at General Motors concentrating on compliance and performance analysis for sports utility vehicles. Younus holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from N.E.D University, supplemented by professional courses in Financial Analysis and Operations Management from Oakland University.
