Bre'Onna Sanders

Bre'Onna Sanders is a qualified mental health professional currently providing mental health services to prisoners within the Michigan Department of Corrections since May 2020. In addition to this role, Bre'Onna serves as an adjunct professor teaching sociology at Muskegon Community College and works as a services clinician at Spectrum Community Services, where assessments for potentially autistic youth are conducted. Bre'Onna is also involved as a community volunteer with Community Strength Outreach, focusing on empowering local youth. Previous experience includes positions such as summer program coordinator at the Hispanic Center of Western Michigan and lead education specialist at Wedgwood Christian Services. Bre'Onna holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University, as well as a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Michigan State University.
