Matt's earlier career includes key roles at Clark Retail Enterprises, Horseshoe Hammond, Empress Entertainment, KPMG Advisory, and Crowe Chizek, showcasing a diverse background in strategy and planning within the gaming industry. Matt holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in History and Economics from Kenyon College.
