Binglai Chen

Binglai Chen has extensive experience in strategic planning and quality management within the manufacturing sector, particularly at Whirlpool Corporation since August 2001. In roles ranging from Global Strategic Planning Leader to Director of Global Quality Management, Binglai has managed a global team of over 100 engineers and has led multiple significant projects, including the transition of product platforms and new product introductions. Prior to Whirlpool, Binglai gained experience at Eaton Corporation's Aerospace Division, focusing on supplier quality and operational excellence. Binglai holds an Executive MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. Additionally, Binglai serves on the Quality Safety Committee for the Board of Directors at Spectrum Health Lakeland.
