Kathy Starbuck

Kathy Starbuck is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal and corporate communications. Currently serving as Manager of HR Communications at Corewell Health since September 2022, Kathy previously held the position of Manager of Corporate Communications at Spectrum Health Lakeland from July 2014. In this role, Kathy developed and executed strategic internal communication plans, collaborated with senior leadership to enhance organizational culture, and managed a team of communications experts. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Marketing and Business Development at Johnson & Bell, Ltd. and Corporate Communications Manager at ALAS, Inc., where Kathy focused on business development strategies and marketing communications. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Marketing from Western Michigan University.
