Chris Stout, CFM

Chris Stout, CFM has a diverse work experience in operations management, facilities maintenance, and administrative roles. Chris currently serves as the Director of Operations at Spectrum Management, LLC since July 2021. Prior to this, Chris worked for the US Army as a Facilities Maintenance Manager from April 2009 to July 2021. Before that, they owned and operated Stout Tile Company LLC from March 2005 to April 2009. Chris also gained valuable experience in administrative management during their time at the US Navy, where they served as an Administrative Manager from November 1999 to May 2005.

Chris Stout, CFM, obtained their education in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Chris graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering during this time. Additionally, Chris Stout has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional (CIAQP) from Mainstream Engineering Corporation in June 2023, the Section 608 Technician Certification (Universal) from MITD in April 2020, the Certified Portable Fire Extinguisher Technician - FE from the International Code Council in May 2022, and the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) from IFMA in May 2020.
